‼️ GOOD MORNING FROM RIDLEY’S HQ! ‼️

Well, would you look at that… what a stunning morning!

The sun is rising, the sky is looking beautiful, and the Ridley’s fleet is getting ready for another busy day out on school contracts before heading off to private hires across the country!

At Ridley’s, safety is ALWAYS our number one priority.

This morning, our compliance team have been out in the yard checking coaches, making sure walk-round checks have been completed and ensuring every coach leaving the yard is in tip-top condition and ready for the road.

Because getting you to your destination is important, but getting you there safely is EVERYTHING.

Of course, there’s always one person who seems to have a slightly different reason for being out in the yard at this time of the morning…

I’m beginning to think Tom doesn’t actually come in to work. He just likes standing in the yard watching the sunrise!

Each to their own, I suppose. Some people enjoy a lie-in, others enjoy a sunrise… and Tom clearly needs to get out more! 🤣🤣🤣

We're so grateful and amazing to see you at the finish line still looking as cool as a cucumber after more races than we have fingers to count on! WELL, THIS IS A BIT EXCITING…

It would appear that my social media antics have finally been recognised!

I’ve only gone and been NOMINATED FOR AN AWARD!

Now, I appreciate that the actual category says “Coach Operator of the Year”…

…but in my head, it clearly says:

“SOCIAL MEDIA GURU OF THE YEAR”

And if you ask me, I think I deserve to go to a big, fancy, swanky awards event, dress up all posh, collect a shiny award and pretend I’m important for the evening!

So, if you agree with me and think I should be allowed out for the night… GET VOTING!

Our next day trip is to BLACKPOOL ILLUMINATIONS and we are SO EXCITED!

A couple of weeks ago, Tom and Steve headed off to French Flanders for a weekend tour involving three very important things…

And apparently, quite a lot of Tom and Steve!

Thankfully, the weather was decent, the customers were decent and, most importantly, we had a well decent time! 😂😂😂

A massive thank you to our friends at Shearings Holidays for letting us take your passengers on this tour. We had an absolute blast, and judging by the smiles, laughs and general levels of cheese consumption, so did everyone else! 🇫🇷🍻🧀

I’m too much of a dinosaur to use Canva.

So obviously, being the obedient employee that I am…

I completely ignored him and made an AI poster for Blackpool. 😂😂😂

Anyway, enough about my ongoing battle with management… 👀

Our next day trip is heading to Blackpool, and this time we’re making it even easier to join us!

We’ll be picking up from our yard AND Stratford-upon-Avon Coach Park at Stratford Leisure Centre.

And, because apparently I’m feeling generous, I may even drop you back there too! 😂
