We’re over the moon to announce that Joanne Croot of HSP COURIERS LTD has been named a finalist for Logistics Person of the Year at the Northamptonshire Logistics Awards 2025! 🏆

Now, if you know Joanne, you’ll know she’s not one for the spotlight – so seeing her name up in lights might be slightly overwhelming (we’re bringing moral support and possibly a paper bag to breathe into 😅). ☀️ Back, recharged, and ready (sort of)! 🌊

After two weeks of sun, sea, and family time, I’m back in the business saddle — a little tanned, a lot refreshed, and pretending I didn’t leave myself a mountain of emails and a to-do list that seems to have doubled in my absence.

Nice surprise this sunny summer morning: some of the fleet at HQ looking shiny and clean! The rest? Already out on the road, no doubt on top-secret missions set by our plotting (I mean, planning) team.

Now, time to dive back into the chaos, tackle those emails, and get stuck into some exciting new projects.

Wish me luck — and coffee. Lots of coffee. ☕💪 Let’s do this!

Old but not obsolete. Our 7 year old workhorse leading the fresh faced "twins" on a ADR delivery.

Despite nudging 300K miles and almost being written off, the old girl still drives like a champ. In all the years we've owned her she's never really given us any issues besides expected wear and tear. We're hoping her successors are equally as reliable.

Granted, some of her longevity is down to the way we operate. We focus on maintaining our fleet to the highest standards.
Not only does it benefit us financially but just as important is making sure the vehicles are safe and road worthy.

Every morning prior to deployment the vehicles are thoroughly checked for defects and all results are entered and kept in out fleet software. An defects are immediately repaired, where possible, before setting out. If not, the vehicle is "off the road" until the repairs are completed to our satisfaction.

A little something arrived today. Actually 2 of them brand new babies ! The twins !

Our new custom bi-folding barn door Luton's fresh from the body shop.

Improving on our exciting barn door design these offer more rigidity and security plus safety in adverse weather.

Coupled with a full closure tail lift we've introduced these to cater to any and all types of loads.

Just a few finishing touches and you should start seeing them on the road next week!
