After two Saga trips to Dover today, it's so lovely when passengers take the time to message Saga Customer Services about my chauffeurs.
Please see below positive feedback for you:
I live near Hereford and to take me to the ship for the cruise 29.June.2026, to Iceland, on Spirit of Discovery, Tim of Lizzies Chauffeur Services first phoned the day before- which is so reassuring then arrived most promptly at the earlier stated time. He drove well and I arrived at the ship in time for lunch.
On the return journey, at the end of a fabulous cruise, Adam was waiting at the allocated time for my Tag number. He, like Tim was most pleasant, very smart and willing to chat. However after two hours I began to feel very unwell with acute pains and eventually told my fellow passengers of whom one had been a Vet. I then asked to pull over into a car park and walked a bit. Adam was so kind, giving fresh water, offering paracetamol and, when I got back in the car, he lowered the rake of the seat back so I didn’t sit upright. I really didn’t want to delay the journey so we continued and I began to feel easier
