Villa Karapoliti Private villa 10km from Poros Greece, sleeps 8, 3.5 bathroom, air con, 1 hour boat trip from Athens ABSOLUT PARADISE! The Villa

This luxury country house, located on the Southern Peloponnesian mainland, stands on top of its own peninsula surrounded by olive and lemon trees, with spectacular 180 degree view of the sea and surrounding islands. Designed especially for spring, summer and autumn living and relaxing, Villa Karapoliti is set on a 30 acre private hillside. Fully ducted reverse cycle air conditioning. Outside there is a 20 x 10 meter seawater swimming pool with terrace and 20 meters down the hill is a private beach and its own jetty. The villa has child secured fence and gate to pool area, and it's perfect in all ways for large family with small children or those couples/groups who travel without. Opening onto generous sun covered terrace
- Fully equipped kitchen and double charcoal barbecue from Giraudon
- I xKing-sized master bedroom with private ensuite bathroom
- 2 x queen bedrooms with ensuite bathroom
- I x extra guest bathroom
- I x two single bed room children's room

Occupancy
- Maximum 8 guests. Staff
- House Manager Eleni Constas
- House Keeper Michalis Constas
- Cleaning is included 1 day a week
- Cook, shopping assistance, chauffeur, babysitting etc can be arranged on request

Just 6km from Galatas main street, offers adventures for all ages!

This little guest was just 5 years old and had never waterskied before! The experienced, patient, caring team at this family-owned and operated water sport resort made her first experience so fun, exciting and safe that she wanted to go again and again! 💙

And after all that time on the water, we heard the homemade menu was just as special! 🇬🇷🍽️ Authentic, delicious Greek food to recharge the whole family — so good that they took extra takeaway back to the Villa every time they visited for dinner! 😍

It’s a long glorious season of beauty here at Karapoliti - literally 10 min from the port that has 5 min ferry rides for a few euros to Poros (for both car/bike and people) that depart constantly back and forth and is one of the most beautiful experiences.
