Ventouris Ferries established in 1976, in Piraeus, and has been active in the international trade with excellent results. Since 1984, the company has extended its activity in the coastal service; not only in the domestic coastal routes but also abroad, purchasing ferry-boats which started operation between Greece, Italy and Albania. THE COMPANY SUCCESS SO FAR IS BASED IN TWO FACTORS

The first is

the human capital. Our company's personnel are unquestionably of a high standard, well trained and with long experience. The management of the company really cares about all employers and staff—most of which are with us for ten years or more

The second is the continuous encouragement by the management so that the different departments to act on an environment of nearly entire freedom of action and responsibility.
