Belship Shipping Agency is seeking for an experienced Operations Officer for a full-time, on-site role located in Thessaloniki.
The Operations Officer will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the company and ensuring that all business functions are carried out efficiently and effectively.
This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in Shipping, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
-At least 2 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
-Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
-Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams.
-Good computer skills, especially experience with Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software.
-Fluently in English.
