This animals called luwak or monggose , one of the holy animals that we have in bali , because we take the poo to make a coffee😅😅😅lol

Any way he is not holy animal , its just for a joke😅
So this animal choose the best coffee cerry with the nature selection , i can say like insting , they eat the coffee cerry , and swallow the bean , and they permented on the stomact around 10 hours , and then they poo , and we collect it , we dry and we wash 3x to make sure all clean , and the bean we roasted to make a coffee ,
This one of the expensive coffee in the world ,

The Sacred Monkey Jungle Sanctuary is a Balinese Hindu temple complex set in a conserved forest. The woodland is now home to 605 monkeys (Long-Tailed Macaques). As a tourist attraction in Bali, Ubud Monkey Forest is mostly listed as a thing to do in Ubud. Tourists from India, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Europe, Australia, and China, in particular.

Tirta Empul is a sacred bathing pool that has existed since the 10th century AD. It was built around a large spring by King Sri Candrabhayasingha Warmadewa during the Warmadewa dynasty.

According to local mythology, Tirta Empul resulted from a war between the god Indra and the oppressive King Mayadenawa. According to legend, King Mayadenawa refused to allow his subjects to perform religious ceremonies. Due to this, troops led by Bhatara Indra attacked Mayadenawa. Mayadenawa was defeated, fled to the northern part of Tampak Siring Village, where he used his supernatural powers to create a poisonous spring to defeat the pursuing army of gods.
