The team is comprised of experienced people whose collective goal is to deliver results for our Clients consistently. Our Clients are the reason we exist. We are now looking to recruit an eager, intelligent Base Controller who is looking to bring their experience to our business. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate to grow in a modern transparent organisation. There is an opportunity for the right person to progress into more responsible roles within the business.
This role involves a tenacious approach to ensuring we offer a gold standard service to all clients.
Key responsibilities, but not limited to:
• Warehousing & distribution
• Office administration
• Driver Management
• Communicating with drivers and customers by phone and e-mail.
• Relationship building with both customers and drivers.
• Full training in all aspects of our business will be provided.What skills will you likely need:
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience of working in Base, Taxi or Transport essential.
• Motivated self starter who is able to work on own initiative
• Portrays a professional image at all times and understands the importance of delivering first class customer service.
• Fluent English
• Word, Excel.
In return we offer:
• Basic of €600 PW, to start.
• Ongoing training with the ability to progress and lots of room for career progression within our fast growing company
