Manager/ Assistant Manage - HR & Admin
Key Job Tasks and Responsibilities
• Manages talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring and on-board
• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Talent Acquisition - Good hands-on experience in sourcing/negotiation/good track record of offer to joining ratio.
• Searching profiles through existing database, job portals like naukri, walk-in interview and placement agencies.
• Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
• Should be able to understand the Operating Processes and Systems of the company in a short time and work around them to develop the JDs, KRAs, Incentive schemes, other schemes.
• Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees, scheduling management conferences with employees, hearing and resolving employee grievances, counseling employees and supervisors.
• Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource statutory requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records.
• Have strong knowledge in PF, ESI and other Statutory Compliance.
• Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system, keeping past and current records.
• Monitoring the implementation of key HR processes, including monthly review, attendance tracking, leave management, Learning and Development.
• Payroll management & preparing, updating related data
• Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Assess the need for training and areas of improvement of team members periodically and informing the management of such needs and providing for the same.
• Handling employee complaints & queries
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• The goal is to ensure all support activities are carried on efficiently and effectively to allow the other operations to function properly.
• Able to handle all administrative matters like Security, Housekeeping, Factory Statutory Compliance, Water management, Transport Management, Repairs and Maintenance in Office, etc.
• Any other duty assigned by the management from time to time.
