Captain Smit Machchhar, an Indian pilot flying flydubai Flight FZ1073, displayed extraordinary courage during a mid-air cockpit attack. Despite being seriously injured, he managed to open the cockpit door, allowing crew and passengers to intervene. The aircraft, carrying 174 people, was subsequently diverted and landed safely in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia.
