Bosch Mobility Aftermarket India Service and Performance Awards 2025 was all about showing up for the people who’ve shown up for years.

A night that honoured 25, 30, 35+ years of commitment, bringing associates and their partners into a celebration that was truly built around them, while also giving last year’s top performers their moment in the spotlight.

With a red carpet welcome and moments shared with family, the experience felt easy and personal. From long-service milestones to performance wins, it all came together as a celebration, not just a ceremony.

Every detail, from the visual language to the stage energy, was built to make people feel seen, valued and part of something bigger. Because the real win was how the night felt

A night like this isn’t just built, it’s orchestrated with intention.
When the (BCCI) brings together the leaders of the present and the future of Indian cricket, along with the game’s finest, the responsibility is to create a stage that lives up to that moment. The BCCI Naman Awards 2026, held in New Delhi, was our opportunity to do exactly that.
From the red carpet to the final spotlight on stage, every detail was designed to hold the weight of the occasion, highlights of which were five World Cup trophies at the centre and the biggest names in Indian cricket under one roof. For us, this wasn’t just about scale. It was about creating an experience worthy of the people it was built for.

Caption: When we work on projects, a brief comes to the company, the company gives it to a team and the team goes out and executes it. That is the structure of how work moves in an agency.

In that process you get to know the people you are working with. At first everyone is simply a representative of the organisation they work for. But as the work continues you begin to understand the personalities within the team. People are not only their designation or their skill. They are individuals with quirks, preferences, habits and things that irritate them.

While the professional work continues, something else begins to form alongside it. A kind of office friendship. It is not forced. It happens because everyone is experiencing the same project, the same pressure and the same small moments of progress together.

Sometimes these friendships last even after people leave the organisation. Sometimes they exist only during that period of working together. Either way there is nothing unusual about it. It is simply a unique kind of camaraderie that forms when people are united by the purpose of creating work.

Everyone who has worked in an office knows that this happens, but very few people pay attention to it and almost nobody documents it.

This video is simply a small documentation of that. It is probably not a great social media video. It will most likely not go viral or reach millions of people. But if you have worked in an office, there is a good chance it will remind you of certain people, certain teams and that quiet friendship that forms when you build something together.

It is a moment of extreme pride, and one for the books, to see Honourable Prime Minister inside the Bharat Pavilion along with 22 other head of states to showcase and explain how India is contributing to the AI revolution.

The AI Impact Summit has been on our radar from February 2025, ever since the last edition happened in France. Having curated the Bharat Pavilion for DefExpo 2022, Aero 2023, Aero 2025 and WAVES 2025 in the past, we were roped in to conceptualise and build the Bharat Pavilion at the AI Impact Summit in Delhi. This came with its own unique challenges, as it became our shortest lead time of less than ten days. — we learnt about the project on Feb 3 and were on ground by Feb 12.

This edition was different because the narrative did not look at the past; it moved from the present into the future. Because India is people-oriented, the pavilion showed how AI is affecting the grassroots — from chips to AI to how we have journeyed into AI for people across livestock, handloom, and healthcare.

We could not have pulled this off without the following people:
Design — Bhaskar
Operations — Narayan Babu Yadav, Prashant Rampurkar, Vinod Reddy, Krishna Moorthy
Technology Curation and Management —
On-site Event Management —
Presentation Prep and Conceptualisation: , Mohita Dadlani
Content — Chatterjee, Keerat Nonika
Project Lead — .kapoor23
