এ আই ইউ টি ইউ সি অনুমোদিত কলকাতা সাবার্বান বাইক ট্যাক্সি অপারেটরস ইউনিয়ন এবং ওয়েস্ট বেঙ্গল এ্যপ বেসড ওয়ার্কার্স এন্ড ডেলিভারি বয় ইউনিয়নের সভাপতি শ্রী শান্তি ঘোষ এক বিবৃতিতে বলেন;
আন্দোলনের চাপে অবশেষে ই-কমার্স সংস্থা ব্লিঙ্ককিট ১০ মিনিটে ডেলিভারি প্রথা প্রত্যাহার করে নিতে বাধ্য হলো।
গত ২৫ ডিসেম্বর ও বছরের শেষ দিন ৩১ ডিসেম্বর, তেলেঙ্গানার গিগ অ্যান্ড প্ল্যাটফর্ম ওয়ার্কার্স ইউনিয়ন- প্লাটফর্ম বেসড গিগ ওয়ার্কার ও ডেলিভারি বয়দের নানা অজুহাতে আত্মপক্ষ সমর্থনের সুযোগ না দিয়ে আইডি ব্লক ও ১০ মিনিটের মধ্যে ডেলিভারির মতো ফতোয়া বাতিল এবং গিগ ওয়ার্কারদের সামাজিক সুরক্ষার দাবিতে সারা ভারতে কর্মবিরতির আহ্বান জানিয়েছিলো। পশ্চিমবাংলায় কলকাতা সাবার্বান বাইক ট্যাক্সি অপারেটরস ইউনিয়ন ও ওয়েস্ট বেঙ্গল এ্যপ বেসড ওয়ার্কার ও ডেলিভারি বয় ইউনিয়ন এই ধর্মঘটকে সমর্থন করে, ধর্মঘটকে সফল করতে রাস্তায় নেমেছিল ধর্মঘটের ব্যাপ্তিতে আতঙ্কিত হয়ে বহুজাতিক সংস্থার কর্তৃপক্ষ সে দিন উদ্বৃত্ত পয়সা দেবার প্রলোভন দেখিয়ে ধর্মঘটকে ব্যর্থ করবার অপচেষ্টায় শামিল হয়েছিল। আজ আন্দোলনের চাপের কাছে নতি স্বীকার করে ১০ মিনিটে ডেলিভারি প্রথা স্থগিত করেছেন ।
তিনি সমস্ত এগ্রিগেটর বা অ্যাপ প্রোভাইডারদের কাছে দাবি রাখেন অবিলম্বে এই ধরনের সময় নির্ধারিত ডেলিভারির প্রথা স্হগিত করবার দাবি জানিয়ে কেন্দ্রীয় এবং রাজ্য সরকার গুলি বহুজাতিক সংস্থা সার্ভিস প্রোভাইডারদের বিরুদ্ধে , শ্রম স্বার্থে ও জনস্বার্থে পদক্ষেপ গ্রহণ না করে নীরবতা পালন করছেন কার স্বার্থে এই প্রশ্ন তোলেন।

Under pressure from the movement, the e-commerce company Blinkit has finally been forced to withdraw its 10-minute delivery system.
On December 25th and the last day of the year, December 31st, the Telangana Gig and Platform Workers Union had called for a nationwide strike demanding the cancellation of arbitrary ID blocking and the 10-minute delivery mandate, which denied platform-based gig workers and delivery boys the opportunity to defend themselves, and also demanding social security for gig workers. In West Bengal, the Kolkata Suburban Bike Taxi Operators Union and the West Bengal App Based Workers and Delivery Boy Union supported this strike and took to the streets to make it successful. Panicked by the extent of the strike, the authorities of the multinational company resorted to offering extra money as an incentive to sabotage the strike. Today, succumbing to the pressure of the movement, they have suspended the 10-minute delivery system.
He demanded that all aggregators or app providers immediately suspend this kind of time-bound delivery system and questioned whose interests the central and state governments are serving by remaining silent and failing to take action against multinational service providers in the interest of labor and the public.
