Job Summary:

The Fleet Manager should handle and supervise all the activities related to the planning, daily driving compliance and safety of the driver, truck and product.To supervise and co-ordinate the driving functions of other drivers in order to enhance transport services.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
• Check for the status of the vehicles in transit/ halt/ loading/ unloading / Waiting at a plant.
• Trip planning and understanding the customer requirements.
• Conduct Safe to Dispatch inspection before every trip.
• Ensure working of GPS, Camera, Angel device in the vehicle.
• Handle driver changes appropriately.
• Obtain and maintain all truck and driver related documents for expiry and renewal.
• Direct activities related to evaluating the safety status of vehicle, monitoring the trip performance and meeting customer requirements.
• Direct investigations to verify and resolve customer complaints, incidents, accidents,
• Maintain daily inspections and its records.
• Plan and initiate spot checks.
• Plan and conduct trainings, assessment and collect feedbacks.
• Perform the appraisals/ evaluations of the teams periodically and ensure that the competency requirements of the organization are met.
• Work closely with the Maintenance Manager to oversee and schedule fleet maintenance and repairs.
• Make and advise recommendations to Human Resources Department, through the Head of Departments, on training, annual leave or off-days, scheduling, reprimanding, hiring, and termination of employees based on disciplinary process.
• Responsible for operations ground safety.

Job Summary:
The HSEQ Manager should be responsible for the Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality aspects of the organization.
The Responsibilities include;
• Supervision & handling of all Safety matters related to the working environment of the organization in accordance with HSEQ Standards of requirements.
• Ensure necessary Training Process has been planned and adherence to the same has been maintained for all roles in the organization.
• Communicating with all the concerned staff about their roles and responsibilities.
• Identify the root cause of reported incidents and accordingly implements corrective/preventive actions and record the same for future reference.
• Identify and implement changes in work, personnel, property, and environment.
• Record all violations, incidents, accidents, and conduct analysis.
• Identify critical tasks, analyze the impacts and control measures in the Critical task Analysis register.
• Identify risks and conduct a risk assessment.
• Ensure Audits and Other Periodic Validation measures are carried out from the certifying personnel / eternal organization and implement the corrective measures recommended.
• Preparedness towards Transport Crisis Situations such as Accident, Leakages, etc resulting in loss of Lives/product/property.
• Ensure all Vehicles & Personnel are provided with necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) on duty and same has to log and maintained in a PPE Issuance Register.
• Ensure the legal compliance register is maintained and periodically updated for all the activities.
• Ensure mock drills and surprise checks are conducted.
• Should conduct daily toolbox meetings, regularly train & counsel the drivers.
• Ensure HSEQ objectives are set and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are reviewed and actions implemented towards continual improvement.
