Ramban Police foiled a Narcotics smuggling bid at Sangaldan and arrested one persons with Charas like substance. While on routine Naka checking duty, Police Party of Police Post Sangaldan led by IC PP Sangaldan PSI Arun Jasrotia intercepted one Car bearing Reg No JK19A-3961 who was coming from Sangaldan towards Gool. During checking, 1 kg 500 gms Charas like substance from was recovered from his possession. On enquiry, he disclosed his identity as Ashiq Hussain S/O Mohd Azgar Mir R/O Salbala Gool The said accused Person was arrested on the spot and contraband seized . In this regard, a Case FIR No. 88/2023 u/s 8/20 NDPS Act stands registered at P/S Gool and investigation is set into motion.
The arrest and recovery was made by the police party of Police Post Sangaldan under the command of *Incharge Police post Sangaldan PSI Arun Jasrotia and under close supervision SHO Gool Ins
