Candidate will report directly to the Operations Manager.

The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.



Specific Duties:

Interact with both internal and external clients/customers through multiple channels.
Greet visitors, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
Answer, screen and forward any incoming calls while providing basic information needed.
Control Access by monitoring logbooks and issuing visitor badges.
Prepare letters.
Data Entry
Order, maintain, distribute and conduct monthly inventories of office supplies.
Perform other administrative duties such as photocopying, collating, and fax.
Monitor and maintain employee records.
Provide support for projects and events.
Schedule & conduct interviews as requested.
Perform other duties as assigned.
SKILLS REQUIRED:

Strong computer skills, including internet, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PC Based applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English including proper grammar.
Good time management skills
Listening Skills
Strict Confidentiality Standards
Ability to adhere to processes, procedures, and guidelines during the ex*****on of tasks and assignments.
Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of service

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 9PM TO 6AM
Excellent Customer Service skills
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to exercise good judgement
Ability to work under pressure and without constant supervision
Ability to work on own initiative and focus on details
Ability to plan, organize and coordinate activities
EDUCATION:

Associate Degree in Business Administration or Related Field
Or

HEART NTCVET Certificate level III or higher
EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 2 Years Experience In Human Resources

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Use motor vehicle to transport staff on behalf of the company.
Conduct routine checks such as gas, oil, filter, tire pressure etc.
Update Daily Logbook with trips and other duties
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:

Excellent knowledge of the Kingston and St. Andrew Metropolitan Area, and St. Catherine.
Valid Jamaican General Driver’s License (Motor Cars and Trucks to include 3yrs PPV).
Minimum of 5 years driving experience with no major accidents in last five years.
Thorough knowledge of Road Traffic Act and Jamaican road network.
Knowledge of auto-mechanic

2 years’ work experience of driving a public passenger vehicle
Honest, Hardworking & Reliable individual
Good Interpersonal and organizational skills
Good oral and written communication skills
Team player
Must be able to work flexible hours (nights), weekends and public holidays
Must have excellent customer service
