We had a successful meeting with Tosha Petroleum & Auto Gas Company, where we discussed areas of mutual benefit between Newsight Travellers and Tosha Petroleum & Auto Gas Company.

Under the proposed partnership, Newsight Travellers will have an opportunity to fuel our 7-seaters and tuktuks using LPG gas, petrol and diesel at discounted prices.

In addition, Tosha Petroleum & Auto Gas Company will walk us through the journey and requirements of owning and operating our own filling station.

Newsight Travellers has always been a hub of investors and opportunities, and we believe this partnership will open new doors for our members while creating long-term benefits for the organization.

Kiambu County Transport SACCO Leaders Training

We were privileged to be invited to the Kiambu County Transport SACCO Leaders Training, where we gained valuable insights into SACCO management, cooperative principles, leadership, and good governance.

The NTSA also took us through important aspects of road safety, as well as the requirements and responsibilities expected of all PSV SACCOs by the Authority.

The training was a great opportunity to learn, share experiences, and appreciate the challenges and responsibilities that come with leadership in the transport industry.

In conclusion, we unanimously agreed that the transport industry is not for the weak—it requires resilience, unity, commitment, and strong leadership.

The meeting provided an important platform to discuss the proposed National Tuk Tuk Energy, Peace & Resilience 2026–2027 Campaign, as well as the future of the Tuk Tuk sector.

We also welcome and appreciate the CS’s acceptance to patron the Tuk Tuk sector, a significant milestone that demonstrates the government’s commitment to supporting operators through affordable and reliable energy, green financing, road safety, job creation, safer working environments and stronger livelihoods.

We are still searching for the stolen tuktuk registration number KTWC 631L, which went missing on Wednesday, 2nd September 2026, in Kiambu Town.

We have managed to obtain information regarding a suspected person, as shown in the attached video. However, the tuktuk is still missing, and we urgently need your assistance in tracing it.
