JOB DESCRIPTION
• Declaration/preparing of IDF, Customs Entry documents, ICMS entries and all required customs documentation.
• Ensure all customs clearance process with ports, CFS’s, shipping lines, Client, and any organization or individual are done to meet the law requirements and that of all stakeholders including Arbiters Enterprises Limited.
• Timely and accurate interpretation of Hs Codes to Customs
• Follow up on container deposits with the shipping line
• Ensure seamless flow of information, cargo, documents and communication from the point of client acquisition to delivery of goods and completion of all transactions
• Proper handling, filing, printing, dispatch of all documents.
