TIP FOR SAVING AND ENJOYING YOUR HOLIDAY WITH A SMALL BUDGET!!

1.Do not go for high end villas/apartments if your budget is low
2. Do not scramble for beach front apartments for they are the most expensive during this festive season
3. Since these apartments are fully furnished,my advise is atleast make one meal in your apartment and avoid unnecessary expenses. you can do one meal outside.
4. Use tuktuks if you can't really afford taking a cab...tuktuks are cheaper ..
5. You didnt come to mombasa so that you can swim in a swimming pool,those ones are also available in nairobi. so when looking for an apartment,let that not be a condition because apartments with pools are expensive as compared to those without. if you must swim in a swimming pool,then hotels have them and as you go to make merry,you can actually swim for free

It's one thing to want to go for holiday/vacation and its another to find a good place to stay during your holiday.
First before you make travel arrangements,ensure you have a budget. A budget helps you set your limits in spending and determines a whole lot of other things.
For instance,if you want to visit the Coastal part of kenya(MOMBASA,MALINDI,DIANI,WATAMU,NYALI) you must know that the rates/prices are different in each of the locations.
Also if you fancy beach front apartments,you must also know that they are charged differently from those whose proximity to the beach isn't as close.
Also as you want to make that reservation and booking especially for first timers or those not very conversant with the coast,ensure you have asked your agent or host all relevant questions in regards to location,security and access to basic amenities .

So as you come up with that budget,just know that NO BUDGET IS TOO LOW!!
