Bedbug infestations are a real and growing concern in public transport, and we refuse to let them compromise your experience on board. That's why we've deployed a comprehensive response:

✅ Strict luggage policy update — effective immediately
After careful review, we've identified used mattresses and bed frames as a significant source of reinfestation on our buses. Effective immediately, Tahmeed will no longer accept used mattresses or beds as cargo on any of our routes.
We understand this may be an inconvenience for some of our passengers, and we sincerely apologize for that. This was not a decision we made lightly — but our commitment to giving every passenger a clean, safe, and dignified journey made it necessary.
