I was born and bred here throughout my elementary life. Here is our original home back in Kinangop, Kenya!
This must be in the very late 80's or very early 90's. Here, one of my younger siblings (I guess Wambùi) is carrying an empty gallon of water. The wooden house and the pick-up truck (Peugeot 504) give me fond memories of my family and childhood days.
I also remember my younger brother and I, after being inspired by Formula1 on Gillette World Sport TV show 🤣, kept nagging dad to buy us those Supercars ( the Ferraris, McLarens and the like🤣😭).
For some reason we naively believed he could buy them for us!(no wonder the Kingdom of heaven is for such as those). We also believed the two supercars could fit on the pick-up truck. So, when dad could show up, our first thing was to check if he has brought them. I had already booked the red one and by kid brother the green one (those being our favourite colours respectively)This went on for quite a while 😂.
It's now, when I look back I know why he never got us the Ferraris 😂😂😂🤣🤣😭!!
