How it Works:

• The system is setup and a Travelex portal is created.
• Expense codes (cost centers / clients/programs or departments) are loaded.
• Staff/Guests/members install Uber app on their phones.
• Users request rides at will and management approve request for service.
• Staff uses service with no cash transaction.
• Staff receives an email to complete a contact report of their trip.
• TravelEx Portal updates dashboard in real time for management review.
