TRIBUTE TO THE LATE MR. AZYM DOSSA
Founder & Retired Managing Director, Easy Coach Ltd – Kenya

On behalf of the entire Customer Care Department, I wish to offer this tribute in honor of a remarkable leader, a visionary entrepreneur, and a man whose commitment to excellence shaped the very heartbeat of Easy Coach Ltd.

The passing of Mr. Azym Dossa is a profound loss—not only to the company he built with passion and discipline, but also to all of us who had the privilege of learning from his example. Mr. Dossa was more than a Managing Director; he was a mentor whose work ethic and values laid the foundation for the high standards of service that Easy Coach is known for today.

His vision was simple yet powerful: to create a transport company where safety, reliability, and dignity of service were non‑negotiable. Through his unwavering dedication, he transformed that vision into a model of excellence within the region. Many of the customer‑centric practices we uphold today—punctuality, courtesy, integrity, and genuine care for every passenger—are a direct reflection of his philosophy and leadership.
For us at Customer Care, Mr. Dossa’s legacy is deeply personal.

He constantly reminded us that every passenger who walks through our doors entrusts us with something precious—whether it is their time, their belongings, or their loved ones. He taught us that service is not a department, but a culture. His humility, attention to detail, and insistence on doing the right thing inspired us to treat every customer with empathy and respect.
We remember him as a leader who walked the talk.
He led by example—quietly, firmly, and consistently. He believed in people. He believed in systems. And above all, he believed that success must never come at the expense of humanity.
Today, as we mourn his absence, we also celebrate the powerful legacy he leaves behind. Easy Coach stands strong because he first laid the stones with his own hands. We, the Customer Care team, remain committed to upholding the values he cherished, ensuring that every passenger continues to feel the warmth, safety, and professionalism he always envisioned.
To his family, we extend our deepest condolences.
