MyRide Africa Follow, Rate, Book and Share your ride! Most road crashes are caused by impunity on Kenyan roads, which results from inadequate policing.

MyRide is an android PSV (public service vehicle) chat app. It enables passengers to easily pick up conversations with one another. They can chat with the PSV operator and also send a message to the authorities when in trouble. It is the outcome of British Council's 2013 CultureShift, an event that brings Creatives and technologists together to generate ideas that advance our culture. MyRide Kenya

reduces the number of road crashes by engaging citizens in policing. In the process, it also leads to improvement in the PSV passenger experience.
