Position Summary
The Senior HR & Training Officer is responsible for managing the Human Resource function of the company, with a strong focus on recruiting qualified truck drivers, developing training programs, and maintaining a disciplined and professional workforce.
This position plays a key role in ensuring that Big Whale Transport maintains a high-performing team of drivers and staff to support the company’s growing logistics operations.
Big Whale Transport has been expanding its trucking services, generating significant revenue from trucking operations and requiring strong workforce management to support continued growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Driver Recruitment
• Recruit qualified container truck drivers (Head 04 & Head 05).
• Build a continuous driver recruitment pipeline.
• Conduct driver interviews and driving assessments.
• Verify licenses, work history, and safety records.
• Maintain sufficient driver manpower to support operations.

2. Staff & Driver Training
• Develop and deliver training programs for drivers and staff.
• Conduct new employee orientation programs.
• Train drivers on:
o Safe driving practices
o Company policies
o Customer service standards
o Vehicle care and maintenance awareness.
• Prepare training materials and SOP manuals.

3. Driver Discipline & Performance Management
• Monitor driver behavior and compliance with company policies.
• Manage disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Investigate driver incidents, complaints, or violations.
• Ensure drivers follow operational procedures and safety standards.

4. HR Administration
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Manage employment contracts and personnel files.
• Track attendance, leave, and working schedules.
• Support payroll preparation and HR reporting.

5. HR Policies & Compliance
• Implement HR policies and company regulations.
• Ensure compliance with Cambodian Labor Law.
• Develop internal policies including:
o Driver incentives
o Safety compliance
o Employee conduct.

6. Employee Engagement & Retention
• Improve employee morale and retention.
• Develop incentive programs for drivers and staff.
• Promote a positive and professional workplace culture.

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in:
• Human Resource Management
• Business Administration
• Management
• or related field.

Experience
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in HR management
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or fleet operations is preferred
• Strong experience recruiting drivers or operational staff

Position Summary
The Assistant to CEO provides high-level administrative, financial, and operational support to the Chief Executive Officer. This role requires strong accounting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to coordinate across departments to ensure smooth business operations.
The ideal candidate has a background in Accounting and understands financial reporting, cash flow monitoring, and executive-level coordination.

Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Support
• Manage CEO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
• Draft correspondence, reports, and internal memos
• Coordinate communication between CEO and department heads
2. Financial & Accounting Support
• Assist in reviewing financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
