Agadir is a major modern city in the southern part of Morocco . A haven of rest and relaxation, built in an exceptional location bordering one of the most beautiful bays in the world, Agadir enjoys fine weather all year round and boasts top ranking hotel facilities

Agadir's main attraction is its 10km (6 miles) of broad sandy beach and an average of 300 days of sunshine a year. In summer Agadir is cooler than the interior of the country, while the winter climate is often sunny and mild with temperatures in the mid-20s Centigrade (upper 70s Fahrenheit).
The beach is huge and impeccably clean. Lining its promenade are hotels, beach clubs, bars, cafés and restaurants. At the centre of the bay is a ridge of rocks, exposed at low tide, that shelters much of the beach from Atlantic breakers and makes for safe swimming most of the time (flags provide warnings of dangerous conditions).
At the northern end of the beach is Agadir’s billion-dollar Marina d’Agadir, which is lined with apartments, shops and restaurants.
There are dozens of beach activities , including sailing (from the yacht club in the old port), jet-skiing, body-boarding, windsurfing and surfing and paragliding (all of which can be rented at several spots along the beach).

"The waters of Moulay Yacoub realty do have healing properties for some conditions, especially skin conditions and urinary tract infections as the waters help dissolve stones that form in the kidneys," said Dr. Mamoun Shaker, a dermatologist.
Shaker said the water of the springs contains high levels of calcium, sodium, sulfate and magnesium, that can help remedy a number of skin conditions and provide pain relief for arthritis, however Shaker stressed that it cannot be claimed that the waters can completely and effectively treat these conditions
