"Scammers or pirate taxis" & Terminal 4
In the international airport of Cancun is happening to some agencies that when the visitors are looking for their receptive company (DMC), sometimes at the moment they can not locate them because they are helping other visitors come to help taking the arrival voucher appearing to call the company that will make your transportation. As a result they tell a story that they have left or, that they put a tire on, etc. and end up selling the transportation at half the cost price or telling them that the company that you contract will pay that service the next day. To locate us please follow the instructions that appear on your voucher, here is our contact information and look for our reception staff who will be wearing khaki pants, white shirt and a sign with your name and the logo of "Dragonfly Transfers". We track your flight and we are waiting for you when you cross the glass door. Hopefully our authorities will act soon ... Dragonfly Transfers

"Estafadores o taxis piratas" & Terminal 4
En el aeropuerto internacional de Cancun le esta pasando a algunas agencias que cuando los visitantes están buscando a su compañía receptiva (DMC) ,algunas veces de momento no pueden localizarlos por que están ayudando a otros visitantes se acercan a ayudar tomando el voucher de llegada aparentando llamar a la compañía que hará su transportación. Como resultado cuentan una historia que se han ido o, que se poncho una llanta, etc y terminan vendiéndole la transportación a la mitad de precio del costo o diciéndole que la compañía que usted contrato pagara al día siguiente ese servicio. Para localizarnos por favor siga las instrucciones que aparecen en su voucher ,ahí viene nuestra información de contacto y busque a nuestro staff de recepción quien estará usando pantalón caqui , camisa blanca y un letrero con su nombre y el logo de "Dragonfly Transfers" .Nosotros rastreamos su vuelo y estamos esperándolo al cruzar la puerta de cristal.
