Undang Undang Baru Thailand
Mulai 1 April 2026
Patuhilah segala undang-undang yang baru di keluarkan
From April 1st, 2026 onwards, strict enforcement and fines will be applied.
No more warnings.
The 10 main offenses are as follows:
1. Speeding:
Maximum fine of 4,000 baht (previously 1,000 baht)
2. Violating traffic lights:
Maximum fine of 4,000 baht (previously 1,000 baht)
3. Failing to stop for pedestrians at a crosswalk:
Maximum fine of 4,000 baht
4. Using a phone while driving:
Maximum fine of 4,000 baht
5. Driving against the flow of traffic:
Maximum fine of 2,000 baht (previously 500 baht)
6. Not wearing a helmet:
Maximum fine of 2,000 baht (for both driver and passenger)
7. Not wearing a seatbelt:
7. Fines not exceeding 2,000 baht (for both driver and passenger)
8. Not carrying a driver's license
Fine not exceeding 1,000 baht
9. Driving under the influence of alcohol
Fine of 5,000-20,000 baht and imprisonment not exceeding 1 year
10. Driving without regard for safety
Fine of 5,000 - 20,000 baht and imprisonment not exceeding 1 year
IDP depa tak mention. Kalau hangpa takut dan ada duit lebih. Pi amik.
Bagi aku, pakai lesen Malaysia saja walaupun naik motor plate thai.
Minyak petrol dan diesel TIADA masalah.
Nak masuk Thai - eloknya bagi tinggal 1 bar, masuk mai isi di Thailand sebab Thailand minyak murah.
( betul tak betul tapi ramai yang dok meroyan, minyak di Malaysia dah mahal )
Patuhi segala undang-undang Thailand.
Thailand bukan negara Cowboy.
Ada undang-undang yang perlu dipatuhi.
