一年没到APAD去处理手续。近两次去都是为了解决申请Permit遇到的问题。ISPKP网上系统大大提高了效率，降低了运输公司处理手续的时间。公务员都十分友善并帮助解决问题。

下午2点准时开门允许进入，2.05分公务员已经正式进入工作。

有哪位同行对APAD申请手续不了解的，可以询问我，互相分享学习。
