Unexpected Delay – GLC Executive Rides Still Delivered

Today’s KLIA pickup was scheduled for 1230hrs. Unfortunately, an unexpected incident occurred — client’s luggage went missing upon arrival. The situation dragged on until 2:00 PM, with the luggage eventually found badly damaged, causing frustration for the client.

Despite the delay, we remained patient and assured the client that we could wait until 1500hrs without any issue. Eventually, the situation was resolved, and we successfully sent the client back — after a 2.5-hour wait.
