KLIA Ekspres KLIA Ekspres - The fastest airport transfer in town
Train operation hours: 5:00 am - 12:00 am Passengers can also take a 3-minute ride between KLIA2 and KLIA.

The KLIA Ekspres, which was designed with the air travelers’ needs in mind, is a high speed, non-stop air-rail connection between Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and Kuala Lumpur City Air Terminal (KL CAT) at Kuala Lumpur Sentral Station. The non-stop 57-km journey on KLIA Ekspres between KL Sentral and KLIA takes only 28 minutes. The trains run 4 services per hour during peak hours and 3 services per hour during off-peak hours.

SERVICE UPDATE, 12 Oct 2026: Due to cable cut incident caused by vandalism, we will be running combined service starting at 1120hrs from both KL Sentral and KLIA T2. Train frequency is every 20-minutes and will stop at all stations. Please refer to our station personnel for the latest updates. We apologies for any inconvenience caused.

CABLE CUT VANDALISM: TRAIN SHUTTLE SERVICE UPDATE, 12 Oct 2026:
Connecting train shuttle services from KL Sentral Station to Putrajaya & Cyberjaya Station start at 0920 hrs.

Connecting train shuttle services from KLIA T2 Station to Putrajaya & Cyberjaya Station start at 0910 hrs.

Train frequency in both directions is every 15 minutes.

SERVICE UPDATE, 12 Oct 2026: Due to cable cut incident, train shuttle service is now operating between KL Sentral station to Putrajaya & Cyberjaya station and between Putrajaya & Cyberjaya station to KLIA T2.

Passengers are required to change platform at Putrajaya & Cyberjaya station to proceed to KLIA T1/T2 or KL Sentral

Our personnel are stationed at the platforms now to guide passengers during their transfers. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Due to a cable cut between Putrajaya & Cyberjaya and Salak Tinggi stations, the combined train service remains in effect until further notice.

From 05:00 hrs, trains are operating every 20 minutes from both KL Sentral and KLIA T2, stopping at all stations.

Our technical team is working to rectify the issue and restore normal train services as soon as possible.
