Key Responsibilities

Handle vendor registration & documentation filing

Liaise with office vendors (suppliers, service providers, maintenance, etc.)

Manage office inventory & company assets

Handle bank-related documents & coordination

Maintain proper physical & digital filing systems

Liaise with government agencies

Manage ROC / SSM documents & statutory records

Coordinate with Company Secretary

Prepare & monitor office expense budgets

Support cost-control & cost-cutting initiatives

Assist Finance with invoices, payments & expense tracking

Assist HR with attendance, time records & leave tracking

Ensure timely document updates & record keeping

Perform general administrative & office support duties

Work independently with strong accountability

Requirements & Qualifications

✔️ Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Management or related field
✔️ 2–4 years experience in administration / office management
✔️ Well-versed in vendor registration processes
✔️ Strong knowledge of ROC / SSM documentation
✔️ Experience dealing with government agencies
✔️ Familiar with company secretarial coordination
✔️ Basic knowledge of budgeting & expense control
✔️ Strong filing, documentation & organizational skills
✔️ Able to work independently
✔️ Responsible, detail-oriented & committed
✔️ Good communication & coordination skills
