Sales Support Executive (Sea Freight Team)
📍 Klang HQ (Bukit Tinggi)
🎯 Key Responsibilities
(More than just a job — real exposure, real experience, real growth)
1. Assist in handling end-to-end sea freight operations, including shipment coordination, booking arrangements, documentation, cargo movement monitoring, and delivery follow-up.
2. Liaise closely with shipping lines, overseas agents, transporters, warehouses, customs brokers, and local clients to ensure smooth communication and operational coordination.
3. Support the sales and business development team by preparing quotations, following up on inquiries, coordinating rates, and maintaining customer relationships.
4. Troubleshoot operational issues proactively, including shipment delays, space constraints, documentation discrepancies, scheduling changes, and service-related matters.
5. Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to ensure shipments are executed smoothly and efficiently from origin to destination.
6. Monitor shipment status updates and provide timely feedback to clients, overseas partners, and account owners.
7. Assist in maintaining proper records, reports, shipment costing, and operational documentation.
8. Participate in real-world logistics problem-solving and gain hands-on exposure to international freight forwarding operations.

✔ Basic knowledge in shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding is an advantage
