Dry Bulk Tankers
Our dry bulk tankers are currently serving the cement industry. SGSB Cement Tankers are specialised vehicles to carry Cement Powder, Calcium Carbonate Powder and Fly Ash in bulk from the manufacturing plants directly to the development site.
SGSB Cement tankers division is newly formed with currently 11 units of tankers serving the southern region with more in pipeline. The cement tankers are purposed built which are designed considering all safety and security aspect of our clients need.
GPS PTO Reporting
SGSB cement tankers are fully armed with advance GPS monitoring which alerts our clients all PTO on/off moments. An alert is triggered if the PTO is activated in non customers/geo-fenced locations. This eliminates totally any unauthorised unloading activity in Hotspots where cement is illegally unloaded for cash.
The PTO reporting is further enhanced to provide valuable data on vehicles and plants which causes delays during unloading. We are able to narrow down to the root cause of the delays and provide data for rectification of the vehicle compressor or plant unloading facility. This data is then stored and analyse to provide our maintenance team for preventive scheduling for the vehicle compressors maintenance. Therefore we optimize the performance of the vehicle compressors and ultimately the overall productivity.
