What is Dispatch-Z?

Dispatch-Z was designed to help business owners cope with the "new normal" of doing business. After the lockdown due to the Covid-19 pandemic, most businesses who didn't have an online presence started to suffer due to less physical presence of their customers -they had to adapt and move their businesses online.

One of the many problems which every online merchant have in common is the ability to meet large numbers of delivery requests as at when needed.

We came up with a platform which would help connect these merchants to numerous dispatch riders within their location to make the delivery.

This is aimed at promoting the e-commerce sector and helping small-scale retail businesses transition into the e-commerce space.
