Heads up, motorists!
Beginning June 16, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority will carry out an “odd-even scheme” for 24 hours on EDSA for private vehicles depending on the last digit of the license plate in anticipation of heavy traffic during rehabilitation of the main highway.
