On the Driver Making U-Turn at the end of Fly Over .

RCLI would like to express our sincere apology for the actions of our driver in that specific situation. Rest assured that the driver will be given appropriate disciplinary measures to ensure the safety of the riding public. To give emphasis, we take the incident very seriously and we does not encourage everyone to do the same. However, the misdemeanor of that particular driver do not reflect the character of the entire fleet. With all humility, we accept that our company has more room to grow, and we thank the public for showing us our shortcoming.
