📢 TRAFFIC ADVISORY / ROAD CLOSURE NOTICE FOR ILOMINATION 2026

Please be informed that there will be a road closure along Diversion Road beginning at 4:00 P.M. tomorrow, January 23, 2026.

As a result, starting at the said time and depending on prevailing traffic conditions, all units shall only drop off and pick up passengers from SM Jaro to Jaro Big Market.

Passengers are advised to plan their trips ahead to avoid inconvenience.

ILOMINATION FLOAT PARADE OF LIGHTS
JANUARY 23, 2026 FRIDAY 6 PM – 10 PM

A. PARADE ROUTE (ROAD CLOSED)

From their assembly area at Atria Park District, Pacencia Tiham St. to Donato Pison Avenue (Symborio) going to B. Aquino Avenue (passing on the left side facing towards SM City Iloilo) going to Taft north/ Taft St. turn left to MegaworldBoulevard to their dispersal.

B. TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE

The following streets are hereby declared NO ENTRY to all types of vehicles during the ILOMINATION Parade of Lights.

1. DONATO PISON AVENUE – from corner Pacensia Tiham St. (Symborio) until corner Benigno Aquino Avenue

2. BENIGNO AQUINO AVENUE – left side, from corner Donato Pison Avenue until corner Taftnorth.

3. TAFT ST. (TAFTNORTH) –from corner B. Aquino Avenue until corner MegaworldBoulevard/ Q. Abeto St.

4. MEGAWORLD BOULEVARD –from corner Spur Road until R. Mapa St.

C. ONE WAY STREET

• SPUR ROAD – from Mandurriao High School, Q. Abeto St. heading towards Carlos Bakeshop, B. Aquino Avenue.

• SUNSET BOULEVARD – from corner R. Mapa/ Megaworld going to Circumferential Road So-oc(C5).

Please be informed that we have been assigned a new designated spot at Tagbak Terminal pursuant to the directives of the Iloilo City Government through the Traffic and Transportation Management Office (TTMO).

This new location shall also serve as our official starting point for trips originating from the Tagbak area.

This adjustment is part of the City’s continuing efforts to improve traffic flow, terminal organization, and passenger convenience.
