He is no less than the founder of Tiklop Society of the Philippines and bike advocate extraordinaire, Pio Fortuno Jr., who arrived at the pick up location right on the dot! After the pick-up, he went straight to Bonifacio Global City, and delivered the DVD to our client in less than 1 hour. Galing, no?
