1. Customs Representative

Required Skills:
• With College Diploma is preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• With own motorcycle
• Ability to manage multiple tasks within given time frames
• Ability to communicate verbal and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
• Pick-up original airway bill to airline
• Bring in and out relevant documents from pick-up point to FMW office
• Deposit of operations checks to different bank
• Billing dispatch for accounting, subject to scheduling
• Pick-up of OR to shipping line
• Assist CRO/DO validation
• May do other duties as may be assigned by immediate supervisor

2. Declarant

Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or related field (preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience in brokerage or freight forwarding.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in customs software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare customs declarations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international regulations.
• Communicate with customs officials and clients about the status of shipments.
• Keep abreast of changes in customs laws and operational regulations.
• Assist in resolving any customs-related issues that may arise.
