September 26, 2025 In reference to Tropical Cyclone Bulletin # 15, Severe Tropical Storm "Opong" issued by PAGASA at 05:00 AM, 26 September 2025, wherein the province of Aklan is under Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal (TCWS) No. 2: All vessels are advised to take precautionary measures and seek safe shelter. All fisherfolk and coastal communities are advised to refrain from fishing activities while the TCWS remains in effect to prevent any untoward incident.
