⭐Job Summary:
We are looking for a Grab driver who is interested in a Rent-to-Own program for a vehicle. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving passengers to their destinations using the Grab app, maintaining the vehicle in good condition, and making regular payments towards owning the vehicle. The candidate will also be expected to adhere to all road safety regulations and maintain excellent customer service.
⭐Responsibilities:
👉Operate a Grab car and provide transportation services to passengers.
👉Maintain a clean and safe vehicle and ensure regular maintenance and servicing.
👉Monitor fuel and maintenance expenses, and submit accurate records to the management.
👉Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations and drive defensively at all times.
👉Maintain a good driving record and report any accidents, incidents, or vehicle damages.
👉Provide excellent customer service to passengers and handle their inquiries and complaints.
👉Make regular payments towards owning the vehicle under the Rent-to-Own program.
👉Attend periodic training sessions and meetings with the management.
Requirements:
✅Must possess a professional valid driver's license and have at least 2 years of driving experience.
✅Must have a good driving record with no history of major traffic offenses.
✅Must have a smartphone with the latest Grab app installed and have a reliable internet connection.
✅Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
✅Must have a positive attitude, be punctual, and have good interpersonal skills.
✅Must have the ability to work independently and follow instructions.
Education and Experience:
👉High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years of driving experience.
