Effective April 14, 2025, please be guided accordingly on our updated Cargo Padala rates and policy.

Terms and Conditions for Cargo Padala:

1. Cargo Padala is a same day service. We do not provide reservations for Cargo Padala.

2. We will exercise our best efforts to make sure we send out your cargo as soon as possible to follow along our regular daily trips.

3. Your cargo will be sent out within 48 hours upon completing your transaction with the sending terminal.

4. We reserve the right to deny your cargo if it violates our Cargo Padala restrictions.

5. Undeclared baggage or cargo is carried at owner's risk. Eaglestar Transit Corporation will only hold the item for 48 hours upon the terminal receiving the delivered item. Beyond the given time, undeclared cargo will be disposed of.

6. In case of paid cargo, the liability of Eaglestar Transit Corporation for loss will be subject to a full refund.
