📌 Duties and Responsibilities (Sales and Marketing Specialist):
✅ Prepare annual sales objectives, plans, and programs for each account in the assigned sector and submit for manager approval.
✅ Submit accurate and well-planned operating expense proposals for the upcoming year.
✅ Prepare sales call reports detailing discussions with accounts and agreements for monitoring and implementation.
✅ Organize sales calls efficiently, minimize travel expenses, maximize sales, and ensure timely collection of credit accounts.
✅ Manage client relationships, address customer concerns, and implement action plans to resolve issues.
✅ Communicate new and existing company policies affecting business relationships and account operations.
✅ Stay updated on new products, sales techniques, and market trends to maintain and grow market share.
✅ Identify potential problems or concerns and provide timely recommendations to management.
✅ Collaborate with other departments and refer profitable business to other business lines or affiliates.
✅ Submit credit recommendations with reliable customer evaluations and realistic objectives.
✅ Suggest adjustments to customer credit facilities based on need and creditworthiness.
✅ Recommend innovative payment schemes to reduce overdue accounts and initiate legal action for delinquent accounts if needed.
✅ Ensure proper use and safekeeping of company forms, sales tools, and aids.
✅ Represent the company at civic and government functions as assigned.
✅ Recommend advertising and publicity strategies for the assigned area.
