1. Payroll Encoder
Job Responsibilities:
*Encode and monitor invoices and Daily Time Records (DTRs)
*Scan, photocopy, and organize all DTRs
*Perform timekeeping duties and ensure accuracy of employee records
*Maintain updated and well-organized payroll files
Qualifications:
*Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suites, preferably Excel
*Graduate of at least a 2-year or 4-year course (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*Ability to work with minimal supervision
2. Customer Service Representative
Job Responsibilities:
*Encode customer information and maintain accurate data records
*Perform outbound calls (cold calling) as needed
*Assist clients professionally and provide excellent customer service
*Prepare and update reports when required
Qualifications:
*Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suites, preferably Excel
*4-year course graduate (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
*Good communication and interpersonal skills
*Organized and detail-oriented
3. Housekeeping (Reliever)
Job Responsibilities:
*Perform cleaning and housekeeping duties as assigned
*Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of designated areas
*Assist with housekeeping needs during reliever schedule
Qualifications:
*Willing to work on an on-call basis
*Schedule: Friday and Sunday
*Preferably Female
*With at least related work experience
*Can work with minimal supervision
4. Motorized Messenger
Job Responsibilities:
*Deliver and collect documents and items within designated areas
*Ensure timely and accurate delivery transactions
*Assist in administrative tasks when needed
Qualifications:
*Resident of or willing to be assigned in Rizal Area
*With own motorcycle
*With at least relevant experience
*With updated driver’s license and OR/CR
*Knowledgeable of routes and directions
