ACCOUNT COORDINATOR

Job Summary:

The Account Coordinator is responsible for managing assigned client accounts and overseeing the coordination of daily operations. The role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication, accurate order processing, and timely delivery of services. This position requires strong customer service orientation, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the main liaison for client accounts, handling communications, inquiries, and issue resolution.

- Coordinate with internal operations teams and external carriers to ensure the timely and accurate ex*****on of trips.

- Process orders, schedule of trips, and monitor tracking systems to provide clients with real-time updates.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, contracts, and documentation.

- Build and sustain positive client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

- Proactively identify and escalate potential service issues, implementing solutions where possible.

- Support the management in meeting performance targets and service level agreements (SLAs).

- Prepare regular reports on account status, service performance, and operational metrics.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.

- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in account coordination, logistics, or customer service (transportation/trucking industry experience is an advantage).

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.

- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with logistics management systems or shipment tracking tools preferred.
