We are currently looking for a Transport Booking Officer who is organized, customer-focused, and proactive in handling bookings and transport coordination.
๐ Location Assignment:
1.) Sky Freight Center, NAIA Avenue, corner Pascor Drive, Brgy Sto Nino, Paranaque City
2.) BF Martinville Subdivision, Brgy Manuyo Dos, Las Pinas City
๐ Employment Type: Full-time - 6 days a week
๐ผ Department: Booking
Key Responsibilities:
Handle client inquiries, quotations, and booking confirmations
Coordinate with dispatchers and drivers to ensure accurate trip schedules
Prepare job orders and monitor transport services daily
Maintain booking records and client communication logs
Provide excellent customer service support
Work closely with operations and finance teams for trip completion and billing
Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year course.
Advantage if you have experience in transport-related work.
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office and basic email correspondence
Willing to work in a fast-paced environment and handle shifting schedules.
