Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled WordPress Developer to join our dynamic team. As an Expert WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining WordPress websites, themes, and plugins. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' requirements. This position offers an opportunity to work on exciting projects and make a significant impact on our clients' online presence.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins
Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to implement website features and functionalities
Ensure code quality and adherence to industry best practices
Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during development or after website deployment
Optimize websites for speed, performance, and responsiveness
Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, techniques, and technologies
Provide technical guidance and support to team members
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a WordPress Developer, with a portfolio of WordPress projects
Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL
Experience with WordPress theme and plugin development
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization techniques
Understanding of website security best practices
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Experience with e-commerce platforms and payment gateways
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Knowledge of UI/UX principles and responsive design
Familiarity with other CMS platforms (e.g., Drupal, Joomla)
