REFUGIO - Armona Island

is a 3 bed (one ensuite) brick built beach house which was rebuilt having been taken back to the bare bones. It was rewired, re-plumbed, re-roofed and re-rendered with new bathrooms and kitchen.

It does extremely well with rentals through 1 site only (costs approx 200 pa) attracting lets for most of May-end sept.
rates are May 80 per night
June and Sept 120 per night
July and August 160 per night
( summer months could be let 5 times over)

Taxes and insurance are low (approx 200 euros per year) and bills (electric including aircon, washing machine etc approx 30 euros pcm, wifi 25 pcm and water 10pcm). do the sums it is a good earner.

It is in a quiet street away from he main drag convenient for the bigger better stocked supermarket in the middle of the island and halfway to the atlantic beach, its sunbeams and parasols and the happening beach bar, the children playground is just around the corner and the sheltered lagoon beach 90 steps away.

The main bedroom has an ensuite with shower and toilet.
a bunk (with under bed storage) room with TV, DVD player and toy area.

Twin room, Lockable owners cupboard, all bedrooms have aircon ( which reverse as heaters), main bathroom off living room bath with shower washing machine and toilet.
Living room with TV DVD wifi and sofa bed and small log burning stove for cosy nights off season .

Kitchen well equipped, ceramic hob, combi microwave, dishwasher, table and bench seating with further storage under.

French doors to patio with shaded terrace with teak table and chairs, traditional brick built BBQ, flower beds ( with irrigation )
moroccan style sunbathing area with further unshaded table seating, washing line to rear and lockable outside storage cupboard.
