这是海运运营商的全职现场工作。海运运营商将负责管理货运处理和供应链管理的日常运营。这包括与客户协调，确保及时交付货物，以及优化运输流程。该角色还包括提供卓越的客户服务，并与内部和外部利益相关者保持有效沟通。

岗位职责:

- 负责组织和协调国际航运业务的全过程，包括预订、装载、运输、卸载和交付。

- 与航运公司、港口、代理商、托运人和其他相关方保持密切沟通，确保货物运输及时安全。

- 处理客户的咨询、投诉和要求，提供专业的物流解决方案。

- 维护和发展与客户的良好关系，以确保客户满意度和忠诚度。

- 领导和管理航运运营团队，分配任务，监督执行，确保高效运营。

- 负责团队成员的培训和发展，以提高他们的专业技能和商业头脑。

- 识别和评估运输过程中的潜在风险，制定应急计划以确保风险控制。

岗位要求:

- 精通汉语，英语，阿拉伯语流利者优先。
- 较强的沟通和人际交往能力
- 至少2年国际航运运营经验。
- 掌握货运知识
- 本科及以上学历。

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sea Freight Operator. The Sea Freight Operator will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations in freight handling and supply chain management. This includes coordinating with customers, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and optimizing shipping processes. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibility:

- Responsible for organizing and coordinating the entire process of international shipping business, including booking, loading, transportation, unloading, and delivery.

- Maintain close communication with shipping companies, ports, agents, shippers, and other relevant parties to ensure timely and safe transportation of goods.

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, and provide professional logistics solutions.

- Maintain and develop good relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Lead and manage the shipping operations team, assign tasks, supervise ex*****on, and ensure efficient operations.

- Responsible for training and developing team members to enhance their professional skills and business acumen.

- Identify and evaluate potential risks during transportation, develop emergency plans to ensure risk control.

Qualifications:

- Proficient in Chinese, and English, fluency in Arabic and is preferred.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in international shipping operations.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of freight.

- Bachelor's degree or above.
