The first Hajj flight from Pakistan to Saudi Arabia for the 2026 season is scheduled to depart on April 18, 2026.
This initial flight, identified as Saudi Arabian Airlines flight SV-5735, will depart from Allama Iqbal International Airport in Lahore for Madinah.

Airlines involved: PIA, Airblue, Air Sial, and Saudi Arabian Airlines will participate in the operation.
Operation Duration: The pre-Hajj flight operation will span 34 days, concluding on May 21, 2026.
Primary Destinations:
Madinah: For the first 15 days (until May 4), all flights will land exclusively in Madinah.
Jeddah: Flight operations to Jeddah's dedicated Hajj terminal are scheduled to begin on May 4, 2026.
Major Departure Cities: Flights will operate from eight major hubs, with the highest volume handled by Islamabad (129 flights), Karachi (124 flights), and Lahore (104 flights).
Pilgrim Participation
A total of 179,210 Pakistani pilgrims are expected to perform Hajj this year. Under the government's official scheme, 119,000 pilgrims will be transported via a total of 468 government-operated flights.
